POTENTIAL EARNINGS:

$28.00 per hour. — plus your $5,000 sign-on bonus. Steady, dedicated freight means consistent paychecks year-round, not feast-or-famine miles.

BOTH POSITIONS INCLUDE:

$5,000 sign-on bonus for new drivers.
$1,000 bonus for every driver you refer.
Dedicated dry van freight available — steady, year-round work.
99% no-touch freight.
Weekly pay via direct deposit.
Full benefits package — medical, dental, and vision.

Professional dispatch support.
Long-term stable opportunity.

YOUR TIME MATTERS:

We understand that drivers spend time doing more than just driving. Our pay is built to compensate professional company drivers for the full trip cycle — driving time, loading and unloading, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and required work related to the load.

ABOUT MDB TRANSPORTATION:

We have been moving freight out of Compton since 2002. We are a 100% asset-based dry van carrier running a modern clean-energy CNG fleet — with our own on-site fueling station and on-site mechanics, so you are never stuck waiting on a third-party shop. We run dedicated customer freight across the West Coast with consistent lanes and steady miles. At MDB you are a name, not a truck number — you will know your dispatcher, and they will know you.
